Washington, D.C.-headquartered Arnold & Porter has hired a longtime Mintz, Levin, Cohn, Ferris, Glovsky and Popeo attorney in Boston as it grows out the office, while Brown Rudnick has recruited two lateral intellectual property partners in its D.C. office.

Healthcare litigator Brian Dunphy joined Arnold & Porter in Boston as a partner in its complex litigation practice. He was previously co-chair of Mintz’s health care enforcement defense group, according to a LinkedIn profile.
