Leaders of Womble Bond Dickinson (US) and Lewis Roca Rothgerber Christie said Tuesday they will combine into a single firm of more than 1,300 lawyers at the start of 2025—culminating five months of discussions aimed at generating new markets and stronger practice areas for each.

The combination will create a trans-Atlantic firm with a combined $742 million in revenue and 29 offices in the U.S.—with access to eight additional offices in the U.K.—beginning Jan. 1, 2025.
