Paul Hastings has recruited partner Keith Schomig from White & Case, as it looks to deepen its national security and global trade controls bench.
Schomig joins the firm’s Washington, D.C., office. He focuses his practice on national security matters before the Committee on Foreign Investment in the United States (CFIUS) and other equivalent agencies outside the U.S., as well as foreign ownership, control, or influence (FOCI) mitigation matters before the Defense Department and other national security agencies.
