Ensuring that U.S. startups can compete fairly with the nation's big tech companies will stir innovation and enable the United States to meet the demands of the increasingly competitive U.S.-China economic relationship, Federal Trade Commission Chair Lina Khan said Friday.
"It turns out that monopolists and incumbents can be quite good at more incremental improvements, incremental innovations," Khan said Friday at the Council on Foreign Relations.
