A long-running sex discrimination suit brought by two married former Jones Day attorneys will get a trial, with a federal judge in Washington, D.C., denying the law firm's request to dismiss the case.
The sealed ruling, issued Wednesday, also denied former firm associates Mark Savignac and Julia Sheketoff's request for summary judgment.
