Austin, Texas-based Indeed Inc. is suing ZipRecruiter Inc. on claims that the competitor is using illegal tactics to poach its customers.
The Austin law firm Dubois, Bryant & Campbell filed suit Monday on behalf of Indeed in the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Texas. The complaint is available for review on Law.com Radar.
