Meanwhile, Hogan Lovells has hired Jennifer Fleury from the FTC.
Overall, law firm hiring from the government was up in the first nine months of this year compared with last year.

Thompson Hine, Hogan Lovells, Faegre Drinker Biddle & Reath and Frost Brown Todd are the latest law firms to make hires from federal offices in the Washington, D.C., region as government hiring heats up closer to the presidential election.
