Antitrust litigators representing health care interests may see no shortage of work in 2025, regardless of who wins the White House, according to experts in competition law.

"Either party is interested in health care because health care costs are increasing," Ropes & Gray partner Jane E. Willis, who specializes in health care antitrust litigation, told the National Law Journal. "Health care will always be top of mind, but the politics will change quite a bit in 2025, regardless of who is the president."
