- Big Law individual contributions have continued to favor Democrats, according to new fundraising data.
- A majority of Am Law 100 firms are represented in donor lists for Harris. Though still present in donor lists for Trump, they are less frequent.
- Firm and practice area leaders are frequently represented in the donor rolls.
Partners at the largest law firms have stepped up fundraising for the presidential candidates lately, with Big Law donations flowing to both Kamala Harris and Donald Trump.

The case, filed Oct. 2 in Massachusetts District Court by the Brown Law Firm on behalf of Stephen Austen, accuses certain officers and directors of misleading investors in regard to Symbotic's potential for margin growth by failing to disclose that the company was not equipped to timely deploy its systems or manage expenses through project delays.
