Arnold & Porter Kaye Scholer has elected co-managing partners Michael Daneker and Ellen Kaye Fleishhacker as co-chairs, effective Jan. 1, 2025, amid other top leadership changes at the firm.
The firm said Thursday that Daneker and Fleishhacker succeed Richard Alexander, who has served as chairman for the past nine years, overseeing the combination of Arnold & Porter and Kaye Scholer in 2017.
