Lawyers for a Jamaican national facing deportation delivered a dire warning in a U.S. Supreme Court petition filed this year.
"[Pierre Riley] will be killed if he is forced back to Jamaica, and the judicial review process is supposed to be a key part of the mechanism ensuring the United States does not cause that result," wrote attorneys from Squire Patton Boggs.
