U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fourth Circuit Judge James Wynn has reversed his plans for senior status, preventing Presidential-elect Donald Trump from choosing his successor.
Wynn, appointed to the court by former President Barack Obama, no longer appears on the Administrative Office of the U.S. Court’s list of future judicial vacancies. Wynn had announced his senior status plans in January.
