Arnold & Porter announced Monday it would match the market's year-end bonuses to associates and issue additional bonuses for those who hit certain billable-hour thresholds.
As a growing number of firms have done in recent weeks, the Am Law 100 firm is issuing bonuses starting at $15,000 for the class of 2024 and running up to $115,000 for the class of 2017 and beyond, according to a memo published by Above the Law. The bonuses will be paid out on Jan. 31, 2025.
