David B. Rivkin Jr., a longtime Baker & Hostetler appellate partner and self-proclaimed leading conservative thinker, died Friday at the age of 68, firm chairman Paul Schmidt said in a statement.
Rivkin had been at the firm for over two decades and served as the firm's appellate and major motions team co-leader. He had extensive experience in constitutional, administrative and international law litigation.
