The U.S. Supreme Court said Friday that it will review the constitutionality of an insurance task force created by the affordable care act.
The U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit has held that the U.S. Preventive Services Task Force is unconstitutional because its 16 members are not presidentially nominated and confirmed by the Senate pursuant to the Appointments Clause of the Constitution.
