The American Bar Association on Monday called on the U.S. Supreme Court to create an "enforcement mechanism" for its recently adopted code of conduct.
The ABA now joins a chorus of organizations that view the ethics code which the nine justices signed in the fall of 2023 as essentially non-binding, due to its lack of a process for holding them accountable for violations.

The suit, accusing the defendant of selling knock-off Graco products, was filed Dec. 18 in New Jersey District Court by Rivkin Radler on behalf of Graco Inc. and Graco Minnesota.
