Looking to boost its cross-border transactions team, Latham & Watkins has hired Paul Rosen, who was a top Treasury Department lawyer, as a partner in its CFIUS and U.S. national security practice.
Rosen, who will join the firm in March, will be based in Latham’s Washington, D.C., and Los Angeles offices, the firm said.
