Counsel for multiple FBI employees have filed at least two lawsuits in D.C. federal court seeking to prevent President Donald Trump’s Justice Department from publicly releasing the names of special agents who investigated the U.S. Capitol attack of Jan. 6, 2021.
The Law Office of Mark S. Zaid and State Democracy Defenders Fund represent the FBI Agents Association in a lawsuit seeking to prevent mass terminations and public naming of all FBI agents involved in the Jan. 6 and Mar-a-Lago documents investigations.
