Government contracts practices are fielding an influx of client calls as their clients look to stay up-to-date on President Donald Trump’s recent executive orders with implications for labor, permitting, project funding and other critical issues for federal contractors.
Law firms’ government contracts practices have been initially busy providing compliance counseling to clients, though practice leaders aren’t expecting any slowdown in the months to come, as the Trump administration carries out enforcement activities and potential terminations of contracts or work stoppages.
