A federal judge in Massachusetts temporarily blocked the Thursday deadline for federal workers to accept a “deferred resignation” from the Trump administration.
U.S. District Judge George O’Toole Jr. issued a temporary restraining order stopping the U.S. Office of Personnel Management from implementing the “Fork in the Road” directive until Monday afternoon, when he ordered lawyers to have completed further briefing and return to the court for oral arguments.
