Counsel for a foreign aid members group and labor union filed a lawsuit Thursday seeking to prevent President Donald Trump from effectively dissolving the U.S. Agency for International Development.
The American Foreign Service Association and American Federation of Government Employees seek a temporary restraining order directing the Trump administration to restore USAID’s funding, operations and staff.
