Wilmer Cutler Pickering Hale and Dorr has recruited Seth Locke as a partner in its defense, national security and government contracts groups. He arrives from Perkins Coie, where he co-chaired their government contracts group.
He's among the latest high-profile partner hires in Washington, D.C., as lateral moves in the region stay robust following the change in presidential administrations. Pillsbury Winthrop Shaw Pittman; White & Case; Crowell & Moring; Womble Bond Dickinson; and Axinn, Veltrop & Harkrider also announced new lateral hires in their D.C. offices this past week.

The suit, accusing the defendant of selling knock-off Graco products, was filed Dec. 18 in New Jersey District Court by Rivkin Radler on behalf of Graco Inc. and Graco Minnesota.
