Holland & Knight: Deborah T. Haddad joins the firm’s real estate transactions group as partner in the Chicago office. Haddad will focus on the acquisition, development, construction, financing, joint venture structuring and disposition of property. Previously, Haddad served as senior vice president of Lennar Corp. and general counsel of Concord Homes.
Strasburger & Price (Dallas): Gary Lawson and Gus Fields join the firm’s taxes, estate planning and employee benefits practice group as partner and of counsel, respectively; and Josh Mond joins the corporate and securities practice group as of counsel. All three will work in the Dallas office. Previously, Fields, Lawson and Mond practiced at Godwin Pappas Ronquillo in Dallas.
