Feldman will focus on the white-collar criminal defense practice. Previously, Feldman was assistant U.S. attorney for the Southern District of New York. Selbst will focus on the financial restructuring, bankruptcy and creditors’ rights practice. Previously, Selbst was a partner at McDermott, Will & Emery. Pace will focus on the corporate department/sports and entertainment practice group. Previously, Pace was a partner at Duval & Stachenfeld of New York.

Venable (Washington): Rory Cohen joins the firm’s financial services practice as partner in the New York office. Previously, Cohen was managing director at Bear Stearns Cos., advising on asset management across numerous subsidiaries.
