Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer (London): Nigel Blackaby will lead the firm’s new international arbitration practice group and will relocate from the Paris office to the Washington office. Currently, Blackaby is an arbitration partner and co-head of the firm’s Latin America practice.

Alston & Bird (Atlanta): Madison Jellins and Kevin Trock join the firm’s intellectual property litigation group as partners in the Palo Alto, Calif., office. Jellins will focus on pharmaceutical and life sciences patent litigation. Previously, Jellins was a partner at Townsend and Townsend and Crew. Trock will focus on pharmaceutical, biotechnology and IP litigation. Previously Trock was a partner at K&L Gates.
