Two Iowa law firms have decided to merge, and the resulting practice will be the state’s third largest.
Simmons Perrine and Moyer & Bergman, both based in Cedar Rapids, are joining forces to form a new firm called Simmons, Perrine, Moyer & Bergman. The merger will go into effect on Jan. 1, 2009.
