Cozen O’Connor (Philadelphia): Jeffrey Weil joins the firm as partner and chairman of the commercial litigation department in the Philadelphia office. Weil will focus on class action, securities, antitrust and other business dispute cases. Previously, Weil was a senior partner at Dechert.
Bryan Cave: Fabiola M. Suwanto joins the firm’s private client and international trade groups practice as partner in the Shanghai, China, office. Suwanto will focus on international estate planning and estate and trust matters. Previously, Suwanto was managing partner in Perkins Coie’s Shanghai office.
Duane Morris (Philadelphia): Preston Delashmit and Robert Lesser join the firm’s corporate practice group as partners in the Atlanta office. Delashmit and Lesser will focus on transactions involving leveraged employee stock ownership plans. Previously, both attorneys were partners at Schiff Hardin.
