Greenbaum, Rowe, Smith & Davis (Iselin, N.J.): Alan S. Pralgever and Gary L. Koenigsberg join the firm’s litigation department as partner in and counsel to, respectively, the Roseland, N.J., office. Pralgever will focus on corporate, partnership and medical practice dissolutions. Koenigsberg will focus on corporation shareholders disputes, construction and insurance litigation, personal injury and products liability litigation. Previously, they were partner and counsel, respectively, at WolfBlock.
