Repeated illness may trigger mistrial of two Kentucky 'fen-phen' attorneys

The federal trial in Kentucky of two lawyers charged with bilking their clients out of millions of dollars awarded in the 2001 settlement of a fen-phen diet drug class action could result in a mistrial because the attorney of one of the defendants has repeatedly become ill during the trial, which began late last month.
