The National Law Journal is seeking nominations for our “Rising Stars: Washington’s 40 Under 40″ list.
We’re looking for lawyers, lobbyists, public interest advocates, judges, government counsel and others in the Washington metropolitan area legal and lobbying community. Besides confirming that the nominee will be less than 40 years of age on July 13, 2009 (the date on which the report runs), please tell us what he or she has accomplished that makes this person stand out from the crowd.
