DUANE MORRIS (Philadelphia): Gordon Walton joins the firm’s trial practice group as partner in the Chicago office. Walton will focus on products liability defense and toxic tort claims. Previously, Walton was a partner at Clausen Miller.
FRIEDMAN SCHUMAN (Jenkintown, Pa.): David E. Stern and Elizabeth A. Grzywacz join the firm’s financial services group as partners. Stern will focus on commercial loan workouts, bankruptcy, creditors’ remedies and commercial litigation. Grzywacz will focus on representing banks, commercial finance companies and nonbank lenders. Previously, Stern and Grzywacz were partners at WolfBlock.
