WASHINGTON (AP) — A federal judge has ruled that the Air Force can disclose the rates that Boeing Co. charged for the next generation of global positioning satellites.
U.S. District Judge Gladys Kessler rejected Boeing’s effort to reverse an Air Force decision to comply with a Freedom of Information Act request filed five years ago about the satellite contract the company won in 1996. Boeing argued that the request, filed through a third party, is from its chief competitor, Lockheed Martin Corp.
