Earl Silbert, a partner in the Washington office of DLA Piper, was elected to serve as president of the Council for Court Excellence at the organization’s semiannual board meeting on June 11. During his one-year term, Silbert will oversee the council’s work to improve the administration of justice in local and federal courts and related agencies in the Washington metropolitan area and across the nation.
