HINSHAW & CULBERTSON (Chicago): Stuart J. Friedman and Kirk A. Pinkerton join the firm’s corporate and transactional practice group as partners in the Schererville, Ind., office. Friedman will focus on estate planning and trust administration. Pinkerton will focus on corporate and tax law. Previously, both attorneys were name partners of Pinkerton and Friedman.
