Hicks will focus on public policy, administrative law, Nevada tax law and election law. Previously, he was chief of staff to Nevada Gov. Jim Gibbons.
CHADBOURNE & PARKE (New York): Richard Ross joins the firm’s corporate practice as counsel to the New York office. Ross will focus on mergers and acquisitions, securities law and general corporate law. Previously, Ross was a vice president and assistant general counsel in merchant banking legal for Goldman, Sachs & Co.
