Diane Fuchs, a partner in Womble Carlyle Sandridge & Rice’s Washington office, has been elected president of the American Bar Association Retirement Funds. Fuchs will oversee a retirement fund program that serves more than 4,000 law firms and has $3 billion in assets. She focuses her private practice on employee benefits law.
