OPPENHEIMER WOLFF & DONNELLY (Minneapolis): Tom Letscher, a partner in the firm’s policy committee, has been named chairman of the firm effective Jan. 15, 2010. Letscher is the founder and former chairman of the firm’s medical technology practice group. His practice focuses on medical technology companies, venture capital financing and securities offerings. He will succeed David Potter, who returns to his business litigation practice on a full-time basis after a three-year term.
