NEW YORK — The courtroom saga of alleged mobster John “Junior” Gotti continues as his number of mistrials has hit four.
Confronted with a deadlocked jury 11 days into deliberations on the racketeering and drug-related murder trial, U.S. District Judge Kevin P. Castel declared a mistrial, leaving prosecutors with the task of deciding whether to try Gotti a fifth time.
