FIRMS DISMISS CONCERN ABOUT YEAR-END CASH FLOW
It’s a year-end tradition: pushing clients to pay their bills before the ball drops in Times Square. But with the sour economy, law firms made an unusually intense effort in 2009. As much as 20% of firms’ annual revenue is received in December, said Hildebrandt Vice President Lisa Smith, although 12% to 13% is more typical.
