BAKER & DANIELS (Indianapolis): Samuel P. Gussis and Samuel A. Lichtenfeld join the firm’s real estate practice group as partner in and counsel to, respectively, the Chicago office. Both attorneys will focus on real estate finance and development. Previously, Gussis and Lichtenfeld were partners at Shaw Gussis Fishman Glantz Wolfson & Towbin.
DLA PIPER: Anthony Williams joins the firm’s corporate and securities practice as partner in the New York office. Williams will focus on mergers and acquisitions, private equity and corporate transactional issues. Previously, Williams was a partner at Baker & McKenzie.
