CHAPMAN AND CUTLER (Chicago): Timothy P. Mohan has been promoted to chief executive partner at the firm, succeeding Richard A. Cosgrove, who has served the maximum two terms. Mohan will assume responsibility for the strategic direction of the firm while remaining active in his structured finance and banking practice. Mohan joined the firm in 1985.
FISH & RICHARDSON: Ann Cathcart Chaplin has been promoted to managing principal of the Minneapolis office. In addition to her litigation practice, Chaplin will be responsible for providing leadership, as well as defining and implementing long-term goals and objectives.
