Additionally, Kevin M. Zielke has been appointed leader of the firm’s pharmaceutical litigation practice group. Zielke, based in Detroit, focuses his practice on representing pharmaceutical and medical device manufacturers.
NIXON PEABODY: Stephen D. Zubiago has been named chairman of the firm’s regulatory and real estate department. Zubiago, based in the Providence, R.I., office, focuses on health care and insurance law. He succeeds Paul Bouton, who will continue to concentrate on multifamily housing finance and development.
