JONES DAY: Scott Fletcher joins the firm’s securities litigation and U.S. Securities Exchange Commission enforcement practice as partner in the Houston office. Fletcher will focus on securities class actions, shareholder derivative cases and internal investigations. Previously, Fletcher was head of the securities litigation practice at Vinson & Elkins.
DYKEMA GOSSETT: Brian A. Colao joins the firm’s litigation department in the Dallas office. Colao will focus on complex commercial litigation. Previously, Colao was a partner at Greenberg Traurig.
