James Pitts, 61, focuses on legislative and regulatory matters, with an emphasis on transportation, banking and securities. Previously, he was a principal at Squire Sanders Public Advocacy, an affiliate of Squire, Sanders & Dempsey. He earned his J.D. from the University of Arkansas School of Law.
