LOS ANGELES — Redbox Automated Retail LLC has agreed to pay more than $475 million in distribution agreements to resolve its antitrust lawsuits against Twentieth Century Fox Home Entertainment LLC and Universal Studios Home Entertainment.

Redbox resolved a similar dispute with Warner Bros. Home Entertainment Group in February. Under all three deals, Redbox must wait 28 days after the studio’s DVD goes on sale before renting the movie to consumers at $1 apiece per day through its self-service kiosks.
