Blank Rome (Philadelphia): Peter Jazayeri joins the firm’s corporate litigation group as an associate in the Los Angles office and will practice in the areas of corporate and commercial litigation, financial restructuring, bankruptcy and receivership, and energy and climate change. Previously, Jazayeri was an associate at Ervin Cohen & Jessup. Before that, he served as special counsel to Stroock & Stroock & Lavan. Jazayeri received his J.D. from George Washington University Law School 1998.
