DAVIS POLK & WARDWELL (New York): Bonnie Chan and Antony Dapiran join the firm’s new Hong Kong law practice as partners. The new practice will focus on serving the increasingly complex needs of the firm’s clients in capital markets and mergers and acquisitions. Previously, Chan was senior vice president, listing division, of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange. Before that, she served as executive director of the legal and compliance department in Morgan Stanley’s Hong Kong office. Previously, Dapiran was managing partner of the Beijing office of Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer.
