BAKER & DANIELS (Indianapolis): Ernest Summers III joins the firm as partner in the Chicago office and will focus on complex litigation, including insurance recovery claims and litigation, as well as antitrust, licensing and distribution, securities fraud and mass toxic tort disputes. Previously, Summers was a partner at Howrey.
BAKER HOSTETLER: John Touhy and George Tzanetopoulos join the firm’s litigation group as partners in the Chicago office. Touhy will focus on commercial litigation. Tzanetopoulos will focus on commercial litigation and tort defense. Previously, Touhy and Tzanetopoulos were partners at Mayer Brown.
