DAY PITNEY: Aileen Meehan joins the firm’s corporate and business law department as partner in the New York office and will focus on mergers and acquisitions and securities offerings. Previously, Meehan was a partner at Dewey & LeBoeuf.
DINSMORE & SHOHL (Cincinnati): Charles Freiburger and Boyd Moehring join the firm’s corporate department and securities practice group as partners in the Columbus, Ohio, office. Freiburger will focus on acquisitions, venture financings, restructurings, joint ventures and offerings for private companies in the retail, hospitality, technology and manufacturing industries. Moehring will focus on business transactions, including joint ventures, private equity transactions, mergers and acquisitions, and real estate financing and development. Previously, both attorneys were partners at Thompson Hine.
