BINGHAM MCCUTCHEN: Steven Frank joins the firm’s corporate, mergers and acquisitions and securities practice group as partner in the Boston office. Frank will focus on intellectual property matters for technology companies, including licensing and collaboration, technology transfer and patent strategy and prosecution. In addition, he will focus on transactional IP due diligence. Previously, Frank was a partner at Goodwin Procter.
COZEN O’CONNOR (Philadelphia): J. Bruce Maffeo and E. Niki Warin join the firm’s New York office as partner and of counsel, respectively, and will focus their practice on white-collar criminal defense matters. Previously, Maffeo was a partner at, and Warin was of counsel to, Meyer, Suozzi, English & Klein. Additionally, Robert Tomilson joins the firm’s global insurance group as partner in Philadelphia and will focus on representing insurers and reinsurers in litigation and transactions. Previously, Tomilson was lead counsel at Cigna Reinsurance.
